Long leave is given to teachers who want to upgrade themselves. We offer a wide range of orientation courses, seminars, and training programmes depending upon our needs and HR plans and job diversity requirements. Teachers are experienced and trained to handle various classes and subjects ensured through job rotation and training. An attractive increase in package of salaries was implemented in 2007 to all our faculty and staff – one among the best in Jamshedpur.
We have NO organized bargaining units. Needs are assessed and met in a proactive manner.
We have no contract employees.
We have a trained, qualified and experienced nurse and a doctor on call. Tata Main Hospital is just 2 kms from the School to take care of emergency needs. Regular blood test, health check is done for all students, faculty and staff.
State of the art Safety measures are in place. All the class rooms have two exits; building is Earth quake proof with lightening arrestors. All electrical equipments and fittings are regularly checked for safety. Fire extinguishers are periodically checked. Evacuation drills are done regularly. Water and Sound pollution checks are done by Tata Steel.
   
 
Technologies, Equipment and Facilities
 
CJC has State of the Art teaching aids – First to introduce many of them in Jamshedpur. Spacious staff rooms with many conveniences with water cooler , stove etc. , a well equipped Library for the staff and children are some of the facilities. All the teachers are computer literate. The teachers are given training to use Technology aided education. Teachers are trained to teach dancing and singing. Training is also given to teachers to be Scout and Guide leaders. Technology and equipment are designed to ensure Learning at all levels. We are the FIRST to introduce automatic attendance recording, OHP, LCD, TV/VCD, CC TV , Laptop, Digital Cameras Other facilities are spacious parking, two doors for each classroom, excellent ventilation, beautiful garden, games, in house refreshment facilities , phone, e-mail, mobile, fire extinguishers, three spacious halls for assemblies, Infirmary, sufficient and separate toilets for girls, boys, faculty , staff and Visitors, water facilities for all including for those who transport our children. Building is Earth Quake safe with lightening arrestors. The only building of its kind in Jamshedpur. We measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the technologies, equipment and facilities and improve them on a Proactive basis.
